Appearance Deep black even powderChemical family Anthraquinone Vat Dyes Dyeing ProcessPour vat liquor in the dyeing machine, raise temperature to 40-50°c for 15 minutes. Add sodium sulfate (10%) 15ml and distilled water to 150ml. Put the pretreated cotton cloth into the dyeing liquor of the dyeing machine for dyeing for 45 minutes. Rinse with water and dry in flowing air for 15 minutes for oxidization, then soaping for 10 minutes and rinse with water again and dry by heating. ApplicationVat Dark Brown BR is mainly used for dyeing and printing of cotton, hemp, silk and viscose etc. Also used for dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fabrics and mixing to form coffee color with C.
