Appearance Yellow even powderChemical family Vat Dyes Dyeing ProcessPour vat liquor in the dyeing machine, raise temperature to 40-50°c for 15 minutes. Add sodium sulfate (10%) 15ml and distilled water to 150ml. Put the pretreated cotton cloth into the dyeing liquor of the dyeing machine for dyeing for 45 minutes. Rinse with water and dry in flowing air for 15 minutes for oxidization, then soaping for 10 minutes and rinse with water again and dry by heating. ApplicationVat Yellow 2GF is mainly used for printing on cotton cloth and dyeing cotton, viscose acetal fiber, silk, vinylon, also it can be used for dyeing blended fabric such as polyestere / cotton, viscose/ cotton and vinylon / cotton. Storage & TransportStored in a dry and well-ventilated place and avoid direct exposure to the sun.
