Dyeing ProcessPut the pretreated polyester fibres cloth in the dyeing liquor and then put them into the high temperature and high pressure jet machine. Swith on the dyeing machine for running of dyeing. Raise the temperature to 130°C within 30 minutes and continue dyeing for 50 minutes, and then release the pressure and lower the temperature to 80°C. Rinse with flowing water. Then put the rinsed cloth into a boiling cup in which containing 3ml of sodium hydrosulphite (10%), 2ml of sodium hydroxide 10%, and 155ml of distilled water for treatment for 15 minutes. Rinse with water and dry by heating. UsageDisperse Navy Blue H-GL is mainly used for dyeing of polyester fiber and its blended fabrics, polyamide fibers, acrylic fibers etc. Often composing trichromatic colors with C.I. Disperse Orange 30 and C.I. Disperse Red 167. Storage & TransportStored in a dry and well-ventilated place and avoid direct exposure to the sun. Avoid heat and moisture. Handle with care.
