Appearance Orange even powderChemical family Dipheyl ethylene Direct Dyes Dyeing ProcessPut the pretreated cotton cloth in the dyeing liquor and put them into the dyeing machine. Swith on the dyeing machine for running of dyeing. Raise the temperature to 30°C for running for 5 minutes, then raise the temperature  gradually to 90-95°C within 45 minutes and continue dyeing for 45 minutes. Allow the temperature to drop down to 30°C naturally, then rinse with water for fixing colour. Fixing ProcessUse 5ml of fixing agent Y 10%, and 2ml of acetic acid 1% and with 50°C of distilled water by ratio of 120 as a bath. Put the rinsed cloth in the 50°C fixing liquor for fixing for 30 minutes. Rinse with water and dry by heating. ApplicationDirect Orange TGLL is mainly used for dyeing and printing of cotton, silk, wool and its blended fabrics. Storage & TransportStored in a dry and well-ventilated place and avoid direct exposure to the sun. Avoid heat and moisture. Handle with care.
