Appearance Black grey even powder or grainsChemical family Anthraquinone Vat Dyes Dyeing ProcessPour vat liquor in the dyeing machine, raise temperature to 40-50°c for 15 minutes. Add sodium sulfate (10%) 15ml and distilled water to 150ml. Put the pretreated cotton cloth into the dyeing liquor of the dyeing machine for dyeing for 45 minutes. Rinse with water and dry in flowing air for 15 minutes for oxidization, then soaping for 10 minutes and rinse with water again and dry by heating. ApplicationVat Khaki GG is mainly used for dyeing of cotton fibers fabrics, cotton yarn, knit goods, colored woven goods and polyester/cotton blends fabrics. It can be used for mixing to form grass green and khaki with C.I.Vat Green 1, Green 3. Storage & TransportStored in a dry and well-ventilated place and avoid direct exposure to the sun. Avoid heat and moisture. Handle with care.
