Appearance Orange red even powderChemical family Pyrene anthrone Vat Dyes Dyeing ProcessPour vat liquor in the dyeing machine, raise temperature to 40-50°c for 15 minutes. Add sodium sulfate (10%) 15ml and distilled water to 150ml. Put the pretreated cotton cloth into the dyeing liquor of the dyeing machine for dyeing for 45 minutes. Rinse with water and dry in flowing air for 15 minutes for oxidization, then soaping for 10 minutes and rinse with water again and dry by heating. ApplicationVat Golden Orange G is mainly used for dyeing and direct printing of cotton fabrics, also used for dyeing of viscose, silk, vinylon/cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabrics with the intermediate of C.I. Vat Black 16. It can be used for manufacturing organic pigment. Storage & TransportStored in a dry and well-ventilated place and avoid direct exposure to the sun. Avoid heat and moisture.
